" The current thinking is, I understand, that a project can be considered successful if it comes in on budget and on time. Well, I can hardly complain at the latter, for none of us would have wanted the summer weather we have had so far this year. In fact, the way Jason and his team used the few fine days available to them was quite remarkable. The tile were back on before the rain set in again and ther are no leaks now (of course Not!) nor even during the process. So, the fact that it came in under budget must mean it was a total succes. Seriously, I was delighted with the whole process"
